ChatDaddy vs SleekFlow, respond.io, WATI, Gallabox & Superchat: 2026 Comparison

By ChatDaddy Team September 23, 2026 12 min read
Quick answer: All six platforms cover the basics: the official WhatsApp Business API, a shared team inbox, broadcasts, a no-code flow builder and an AI chatbot. What sets them apart is how they charge, which channels they support, and what else is built in. ChatDaddy starts at $59/mo with unlimited contacts, is the only one of the six that also connects WhatsApp Web (QR), and includes deal boards, ticketing and an in-chat shop. SleekFlow and respond.io cover the most channels. WATI is strong on ads-to-WhatsApp growth. Gallabox leads on AI voice agents. Superchat suits European teams that want GDPR-focused software hosted in Germany.

If you sell or support customers on WhatsApp, you have probably shortlisted at least two of these names. They all look similar on their homepages: an AI-powered inbox, automation and broadcasts. The differences only show up in the pricing pages, the channel lists and the fine print.

We compared ChatDaddy with five platforms we are most often evaluated against: SleekFlow, respond.io, WATI, Gallabox and Superchat. Everything below comes from each vendor's own website, pricing page, help centre and changelog as of September 2026. Prices and features change often, and several vendors price by region, so check the vendor's own page before you buy.

2. What every platform already does

Before looking at differences, it helps to know what you get regardless of which one you choose. All six offer:

If a sales page makes a big deal of one of these, remember that the others have it too. The real decision comes down to the sections below.

3. Pricing: what you actually pay for

The headline price matters less than what the price is measured in. Some platforms charge by seats, some by monthly active contacts (MAC), some cap how many people you can broadcast to, and some add a fee on top of Meta's WhatsApp message rates. A plan that looks cheap can become expensive once your audience grows.

List prices from each vendor's public pricing page, September 2026, for monthly billing unless noted. WATI and SleekFlow show different prices depending on your country.

Contact limits are where bills grow. SleekFlow bills by monthly active contacts on every plan, and respond.io does from its Growth plan up. So every new person you message in a month counts, and a large broadcast can push you into a higher tier. WATI and Gallabox don't count contacts but cap how many broadcasts or recipients you can send each month. ChatDaddy and Superchat's paid plans have no cap on contacts. With ChatDaddy, your bill is driven by seats, channels and active chats.

Higher tiers. ChatDaddy's plans go from Mini through Basic ($149/mo, or $119 billed annually) and Pro ($359/mo, or $299 billed annually) to Max ($999/mo, or $799 billed annually, with 5 channels and 15 seats), plus custom Enterprise pricing. Every competitor also offers a custom enterprise tier. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.

Two things stand out. First, ChatDaddy is the only one of the six that connects WhatsApp Web (QR login) as well as the official API. A team can connect a number in minutes without waiting for Meta, then move to the API when it needs approved templates and scale, all in the same inbox. Second, if your customers are on LINE or WeChat (common in Hong Kong and Taiwan) or Telegram, SleekFlow and respond.io cover the widest range.

6. Where ChatDaddy stands out

WhatsApp Web and the official API in one inbox

Every platform here supports the official API. ChatDaddy also lets you connect WhatsApp Web by scanning a QR code, and run both side by side. Small teams can start the same day and move to the API when they need approved templates or large broadcasts.

Unlimited contacts from $59

Mini is $59/month, month to month, with 3 seats and no cap on contacts. You won't be pushed into a higher tier because a campaign reached more people this month.

CRM, ticketing and commerce built in

Deal boards, support tickets with stages and assignees, and an in-chat catalog with orders and payments all come in one product. Every competitor here is missing at least one of these, or relies on a third-party tool to fill the gap.

Built for Southeast Asian sellers

ChatDaddy connects to Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopline and Boutir as well as Shopify and WooCommerce, so marketplace orders and WhatsApp conversations sit together.

WhatsApp calling that closes the loop

Make and receive WhatsApp calls from the inbox, with call recording. Missed calls can be marked as called back or resolved, so none slip through.

An AI agent and your own brand

An AI agent trained on your files, URLs and website can answer customers, assign conversations and update contact fields. Agencies can also resell ChatDaddy under their own brand through our white-label program.

7. When another platform may suit you better

No single tool is the right fit for every team. Here is when you might lean elsewhere:

8. How to choose

Work through these questions with your team before booking demos:

  1. Which channels do your customers use? If it's WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, every option on this list works. If you need LINE, WeChat or Telegram, your shortlist gets shorter.
  2. How big is your audience, and how often do you broadcast? Compare unlimited-contact plans with MAC-based and broadcast-capped ones using your real numbers.
  3. What does a WhatsApp message really cost? Ask each vendor how they bill Meta's fees: passed through at cost, with a processing fee, with a markup, or on their own rate card.
  4. Which features are on the plan you'll actually buy? AI agents, CRM sync and single sign-on are often locked to higher tiers. Check the plan, not just the product page.
  5. Where do deals and tickets live? If you don't already pay for a separate CRM or helpdesk, a platform with boards and ticketing built in can replace two tools.
  6. Do you sell in chat? Check catalog, order and payment support, and whether your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada) connects natively.

9. Frequently asked questions

How much do these platforms cost to start?

On monthly billing, as of September 2026: ChatDaddy from $59/mo (unlimited contacts); WATI from $69/mo in the US and $49/mo in parts of Asia; respond.io from $99/mo ($79 billed annually); SleekFlow from $139/mo ($199 in Hong Kong and Singapore); Gallabox from $150/month billed quarterly; Superchat has a free plan for 30 active contacts, then €89/mo.

What is the difference between monthly active contacts and unlimited contacts?

With monthly active contact (MAC) pricing, your plan limits how many different people you can message each month. SleekFlow uses it on every plan, and respond.io from its Growth plan up. With unlimited-contact pricing, as on ChatDaddy and Superchat's paid plans, you can message any number of contacts and pay for seats, channels and usage instead.

Do all these platforms support WhatsApp Coexistence?

Yes. All six let you use the WhatsApp Business app and the API on the same number. Superchat's version was still in beta in September 2026.

Can I use WhatsApp without the Business API?

On ChatDaddy, yes. You can connect WhatsApp Web by scanning a QR code and add the official API later, all in the same inbox. The other five platforms connect through the official API only.

Which platform supports the most channels?

SleekFlow and respond.io cover the most, including LINE, WeChat, Viber and Telegram. ChatDaddy covers WhatsApp (Web and API), WhatsApp calling, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email and phone.
