Yes. The support plan is a standalone add-on that sits on top of any ChatDaddy subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and fees are prorated accordingly.
What counts as "business hours"?
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Hong Kong Time (UTC+8), excluding Hong Kong public holidays. P1 critical support is 24/7 with no exceptions.
What is a "seat"?
A seat represents one team member who can log in and use ChatDaddy. You can add extra seats at any time; the cost is prorated and added to your next billing cycle.
When will my Technical Account Manager reach out after I upgrade to Business?
Our customer success team will reach out within 2 business days to schedule an onboarding call and introduce you to your dedicated TAM.
Can I try a paid plan before committing?
Absolutely. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial, you can subscribe or drop back to the free Community plan with no charge.
