Business hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Hong Kong Time (UTC+8), excluding Hong Kong public holidays. P1 critical support is 24/7 with no exceptions.
What is a "seat"?
A seat represents one team member who can log in and use ChatDaddy. You can add extra seats at any time; the cost is prorated and added to your next billing cycle.
When will my Technical Account Manager reach out after I upgrade to Business?
